Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment is typically required prior to the event date as specified in your confirmation. Payment can be made via accepted methods outlined in your booking agreement. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies and potential fees will be detailed in your booking confirmation. Rich Big Events reserves the right to cancel bookings under circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to safety concerns, severe weather, or venue issues. In such cases, you may be offered a rescheduled date or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Venue Requirements

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the venue meets the requirements for our setup and operation. This includes, but is not limited to, sufficient space, access to electrical outlets, and any necessary permits or approvals. Rich Big Events is not responsible for issues related to venue access or inadequate space.

Guest Conduct

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, we ask that they act respectfully toward our staff and equipment. Any guest conduct that results in damage to our equipment or poses a safety risk may lead to the early termination of services without a refund. The client may be held liable for any damages caused by guests.

Fun Money and Non-Cash Gaming

Rich Big Events provides a fun casino experience using Fun Money notes. These notes are for entertainment purposes only and hold no monetary value. Our services are purely for entertainment, and no real money or prizes are exchanged.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided by Rich Big Events, including Fun Money designs, are the intellectual property of Rich Big Events and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

Liability

Rich Big Events takes reasonable measures to provide a safe and enjoyable environment; however, we are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from guest actions or unforeseen circumstances. Clients should ensure adequate event insurance if required.
